Our staff are trained on the computer software, so we might be able to improve or re-create your artwork at no extra cost! So don’t be afraid to ask.
How long will it take for my order to go through?
That depends on the type of design and printing method being used, but most orders take 2 work days to process. Then add another 3-5 days for delivery if you’re getting the order posted back to you. We’re happy to discuss your order with you and give you an estimate on how long it will take us to do it.
Can I bring in my own garments?
Yes, if you bring in your own garment, we can assess whether or not we are able to print onto it. We withhold the right to refuse to print on a garment if it’s the wrong kind of material and may damage the garment, and those who provide their own garments for printing do so at their own risk – we cannot replace a garment under these circumstances.
